Beer Raid Resolution

Heard from Leigh Maida that the Memphis44Resurrection Raids are officially over; they got closure. All the details are here. What does all this come to? Well, for this incident, exactly nothing. Less than nothing: the BLCE blew thousands of dollars of your money out their collective asses to accomplish...a warning letter about a non-event.

Overall? A LOT of people learned just how archaic PA's booze laws are. That's a win for us. Don't let up!

So glad the PLCB wasted perfectly good state dollars harassing Leigh and Brendan! For what? A BIG, FAT NADA! Geesh Louise!

Keep up the FIGHT people!

This can (and perhaps should) be taken as evidence that not only was the tip-off motivated by spite, but that the PLCB raid was itself politically motivated.

I'm a pretty liberal guy, but I informally pledge to support any candidate, regardless of other political views, who promises to fight to abolish the PLCB and privatize liquor and wine sales in Pennsylvania.

I'd like to say that I don't think that this is a privatization instance that any liberal/progressive person should feel odd about supporting or promoting. This is clearly an aberration, and needs to be fixed. The government has no business being in retail.
