Reasons why the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board should be abolished, and The Almighty Liquor Code completely overhauled and rewritten, to reflect over 80 years of change since Repeal.
Needed: passion for privatization

Believe it or not, there still are some 1930s and 1940s state stores in operation. Of course though the name has since changed to Wine & Spirits (soon to be Fine Wine & Good Spirits) and the stores are self-service. It's weird to think originally these stores only allowed the public into the waiting room at front, but now aisles take up most of the stores except for the back room.
