I guess I'm on the official Enemies list

Look who I found poking around one of my accounts.

Glad to know they care enough to send the top dog.

An update:
Ms Diehl has figured out how to poke around anonymously and now that same "Who's viewed your profile" looks like this:

  1. Does this mean that your cover's been blown?

  3. Albert, This is way too funny. Normally she has 2 of her lapdogs doing the snooping and reporting back. You must hold a special place in her heart....or elsewhere.

  4. As long as you haven't committed libel, slander, online bullying, or admitted to any crimes you should be Ok.

  5. I buy liquor out of state. Plan on doing it tomorrow in fact. If they put a squad car with my description on every Maryland road that crosses the line they might have a chance or I might be going to Jersey or DE next time. Until then - fuck'em.

  6. If I were you I'd pay cash. And I'd definitely get anything you can't get in Pa out of the house. I think that would be a good idea for anyone else that likes to brag on line. I agree with the first anonymous. Could be anyone conducting the preliminary investigation. Agencies usually only use one shared account.

  7. Well, if ya do contact the ones at the LCB (such as the chief counsel), ya should ask them this:

What empirical evidence do you have (or rely on) that the constitutions and statutes/codes apply, and that ya have jurisdiction (simply because one is actually or supposedly physically present in what is commonly known as Pennsylvania)?

Ya gotta remember we're not asking fer legal advice or arguing, it's asking fer FACTS...FACTS...FACTS.

  8. Hey Al, what town do you live in? I know Lew is from ******* in Bucks County. To protect his identity I censored his town on purpose. Could you tell me your hometown? I only ask out of curiosity about just how rotten the PLCB stores nearest you happen to be, but I know all are small and awful. As a concerned citizen, I happen to have memorized almost all PLCB locations in Southeastern Pennsylvania, along with many in Central PA and many in Northeastern PA.

On top of that, I have been thinking for years about what would be a more convenient, logical location for many of these stores. Many of even the bigger, newer stores (a lot that were opened to replace older, smaller stores) are in horrible locations with horrible parking lots, far from supermarkets and far from other important stores, period.

To protect your privacy could you maybe tell me the name of a shopping center in your town, naming a few anchors? And give me the county it sits in?

  9. Geno, I don't see any reason to do so. I already get enough stalkers (not saying you are one) so helping them out even a little is not in my best interest. I will admit my closest store does have plenty of parking but the 2nd closest one certainly doesn't.

  10. Anonymous concerned with my buying out of state. I certainly don't have to move anything. THEY have to prove it wasn't a gift, wasn't brought in from overseas or wasn't purchased within the allowable limits. Since I am not reselling like the gentleman who was recently caught I could care less what they think. Now if they catch me driving in tomorrow that is a different story but any publicity for the cause is good publicity.

  11. Ms. Deihl- I suggest you concern yourself with the corruption and crimes of your fellow employees, rather than stalking private citizens.
In addition, as a government official engaged in stalking and apparent attempts to chill the free speech and press rights of private citizens, you're treading close to constitutional violations.
I would hope that you and your staff have better things to do with your time, but if not then you're just providing another example of why we should abolish the plcb.

  13. What exactly is a "superstore" to the PLCB? I was excited at first to drive past two Wine & Spirits stores in the Philly area, one in Center City and one in Bala Cynwyd, both of which were labeled "superstore". But knowing the PLCB there probably isn't anything too great about these stores.

Here are pictures, Center City: http://www.emporis.com/images/show/573433-Large.jpg

    And Bala Cynwyd: http://s.lnimg.com/photo/full/8b92683f78ce4cf48cd60429fe62127a.jpg

  14. A PA superstore only has meaning to the PLCB. It doesn't match the selection of what anybody who has been in a real superstore has seen. The are no bigger than an outlet store and only one is as large as 12,000 sqft while for the rest of the country a suspersore is at a minimum 20,000 sqft.

Pretty much marketing BS to make you think there is something special when there is not.

  15. Are PLCB wholesale stores open to the public? I happened to discover one by accident in Broomall, near Philadelphia (it just happened to be across from a bar) in the middle of nowhere. It was closed for the day when I came upon it, but let me give a brief description: very uninviting building, with the name "PLCB" on the front unlike any non-wholesale stores, one door on the front with a small window on it, that I peeked into and saw a few lights on and many empty boxes. Considering the fact Sam's Club, Costco, BJ's, etc all sell alcohol in many states, would the PLCB sell it wholesale to average individuals because the free market isn't allowed to sell it retail or wholesale? Maybe a membership of some kind is required?

Also what's up with the PLCB allowing winery stores, but all are no bigger than a convenience store? I would love to see one be 10,000-12,000 square feet.

  16. While I appreciate your willingness to learn your questions really don't pertain to this subject thread and would be better off asked at the Facebook page. Come in, join and ask away.
