Wino 9000
Okay, it's silly and juvenile, but I'll admit it: I giggled. Take a look at someone who has treated the wine kiosk ideas with exactly what they deserve: derision.
lol @ In related news, lawmakers in Pennsylvania have announced that the state has officially changed its legal drinking age to “any persons capable and mature enough to obtain their parent’s driver’s license.”
Not likely, Sam. Just look at their arrogantly out of touch response to the problems with the Courtesy Contract. Not only did they not care what everyone was saying, including the Governor, they went out of their way to trumpet their unrepentant self-assurance that they had done the right thing.
"Arrogance" is the word. That's another Reason all on its own.
"...there was [in 1997] no overarching passion within the General Assembly, or in the public at large, for privatization. Unless and until there is a general hue and cry, it is very unlikely there will be a privatization initiative that succeeds." -- John E. Jones III, former PLCB chairman
Send them to me. I'd love to hear from you, and take those ideas and blend them with mine. And if you're in favor of the continuing existence of the PLCB, well, send me that, too. If it makes sense, I'll publish; if it doesn't, I'll publish it also, but I may have to disagree with you.

Love it. Think anyone in PLCB Gilded Headquarters(c) is paying attention to any of this?

I wonder what the fine will be for putting gum over the video camera hole?
I'm telling you, this thing is not bullet-proof...
