The payoff is key: "Restricting the PLCB's mission solely to public health regulation is the best option for the largest number of consumers, while the current system is only good for a handful of public liquor store employees and rent-seeking liquor license holders."

GREG FIRST OF ALL CORBETT IS GOING TO WIN AND HE WILL REFORM THE STORES THE STATE WILL BE IN A HOLE OF 4 TO 5 BILLION DOLLARS NEXT YEAR SO THEY WILL NEED THE MONEY. BY GETTING RID OF THE PLCB IT HAS BEEN A LONG PROCESS WHICH NOW IS COMMING AHEAD, BELIEVE ME THEY WILL CHANGE THE PLCB THEY HAVE TO BE SLOW SO THAT IT IS DONE CORRECTLY AND NOT A HALF ASS JOB, SO BE PRACTICE THINGS WILL CHANGE.THE MENTALIST
